Aluminum Shapes LLC begins production by melting scrap and primary ingot to cast billets from seven to sixteen inches in diameter. The billets are then extruded in small, medium, and large presses. Many extruders see their job done at this point, but our value is just beginning. We punch holes, provide precision cutting, form, and even weld using more than 200 pieces of state-of-the-art fabrication equipment. For high-volume jobs, we use custom machines to achieve optimal efficiency.
